Refund and Returns Policy

Once an order is confirmed, we will contact you before moving the product into manufacturing. This is done to ensure all details are approved by you.

Please note that refunds are not available once the product has moved into the manufacturing process, as the equipment is made as per your requirements.

If an order is cancelled before manufacturing starts, a refund may be considered based on the order status and expenses already incurred.
